Children's Church is offered at the 8:30 and 11:00am Service
Children ages three through six receive a blessing in the Sanctuary at the beginning of the 8:30 am and 11:00am services, then follow teachers to the Oratory Chapel for a children's Lesson and Liturgy that mirrors the service in the Sanctuary. Annunciation offers Lectionary based lessons from the Episcopal Church USA.

Children's Sunday School
Held each week from 10:00 am - 10:45am from August through May, children ages 3 through Third grade will learn SPARK Bible Lessons that follow the Church year. Fourth and Fifth Graders use the GRAPPLE curriculum from Group Publishing, specifically designed for this pre-teen age group. The 4th/5th grade class meets in their own classroom upstairs next to the Youth Room. Contact Tracy Miller, Youth Minister & Christian Education Coordinator, if you have questions about Children's Ministries at Annunciation. Email Tracy Miller or call (972) 221-3531.

First Communion
Classroom instruction for youth to learn about receiving the sacrament of Holy Communion. First Communion Classes are offered to families each Fall and Spring. For more information, please contact Tracy Miller at (972) 221-3531 or via email.

Nursery is offered during the 8:30 am & 11:00 am Service

Our Nursery is available during the 8:30am and 11:00am Services, as well as during the Sunday School hour from 10:00 am to 10:45am.  Infants through age 3 are welcome! Please mark all diaper bags and belongings!

CHILD PROTECTION AND SAFETY

The Parish takes its responsibilities in regard to children seriously.  All current leaders are eligible to be in child-related employment and have made a declaration to this effect under the Episcopal Diocese Code of Conduct for Protection of Children and Youth.

EPISCOPAL YOUTH FOR CHRIST (EYC)

EYC - Episcopal Youth for Christ is a Christ centered community of young people (6th -12th grade). Everyone is always welcome at EYC! We meet each Sunday in the Youth Room mostly from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, but sometimes that changes. Check out the schedule! Every week is different and unique as we learn more about what it means to be a Christian teen.
