Gad Abouts
- Women's Fellowship & Outreach. Ladies of
the church
meet every
Thursday at 10:30am in the church Parlor
for service projects and fun day
trips. They also conduct fundraising
projects for different church needs such
as a yearly quilt raffle, bake sales,
plant sales, etc. For information,

have planned this Fall!
Start saving those craft projects!
The Gad About Ladies are busy planning a
Harvest "Fayre" for early October!
Any handmade donations from the
congregation are appreciated. If
you have any suggestions or questions,
please speak to the ladies volunteering
in the Gift Shop. The whole parish
is encouraged to be part of the Fayre!
Monies raised will benefit a variety of
church ministreis!

meet monthly in members home for Bible study,
prayer, fellowship fun and dinner.

Just Us Girls
- Gathers for food, fun and fellowship!
Our April is outing:
Join us for a musical afternoon at the Greater Lewisville Theatre
in Old Town Lewisville, Sunday, April 25 to see a local production of CROWNS.
This play is a musical tribute to the fabulous church hats and the
African-American women for whom they are symbolic crowns; a means to express
themselves in the presence of God. The story of the Brooklyn girls staying
with her grandmother in the South following a tragedy, is a springboard for an
exploration of black cultural history and identity. We'll go to to lunch
immediately following the 11:00am service and ten take in the 3:00pm matinee.
Tickets for the play are $10.00 (65+) and $13.00 for all others. Please
sign up on the Women's Bulletin Board in the Parlor. Reservation deadline
